Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Swanndri tags and labels are securely attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
